Network

Organizations supplying the conditions for experimentation and the levers for protocolization

The Liminal Network is a coalition of collaborators that gives the work its grounding. In it, a foundation finances an experiment, a municipality hosts it, a cooperative lends its intimate intelligence of the place, a business gives a newly formed practitioner her first position, and a ministry adopts the protocol that results. Whatever a member contributes, the advance it makes possible returns to it in kind. A territory is transformed by new interactions between the organizations that compose it, from the private sector all the way to government. The Network gathers first-movers across this entire spectrum, ensuring the relational capillarity needed to establish the practice of Territorial State Craft.
