We will only collect information that is necessary for the purpose of evaluating your application and making a decision about your suitability for volunteering with our organization.

If you are not selected for a volunteer position, we will retain your data for a period of 12 months in case future opportunities arise. If you are selected, we will retain your data for as long as you volunteer with us and for a period of time after your volunteer service ends to fulfill our legal obligations and to address any legal claims.
