Elena Militello

Founding Partner

Elena Militello is a 2022/2023 visiting scholar at Harvard University’s Center for European Studies and a researcher and faculty member in criminal procedure at the University of Messina. She is also the founder and president of the non-profit organization South Working, which promotes and evaluates remote working solutions as tools to revamp territories that have been suffering from brain drain for the past several decades. Elena holds a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from Bocconi University and a Ph.D. in Law and Humanities from University of Insubria. She is admitted to practice law in Italy at the Milan Bar.
