## Summary

Action-research report on surveying more than 700 buildings in Fontainemore and Perloz and testing a Local Reuse Facilitator.

## Work

Open access on Zenodo (CC BY 4.0). English and Italian PDFs are there.

The report covers two phases: a building-by-building survey of Fontainemore and Perloz, then an experiment with a Local Reuse Facilitator — treating the bottleneck as organizational rather than only legal.
